Town Crier Heading Down Under
Kingston's World Champion Town Crier Chris Whyman will spend 10 days in Australia defending his title against Town Criers from around the world. In 2004 he was proclaimed World Champion. In a release from Downtown KIngston, Whyman expressed his gratitude to the many people who helped to sponsor his Australian trip and the acquisition of a new uniform, including Andrei Master Tailors, The Kingston Brewing Company's Van Allen Turner, and Alison Healy, and Kincore's Kim Donovan.
